Manufacturing is in high demand in Pennsylvania, and especially in York, Adams, and Cumberland Counties. High speed automation is the driving force in today’s manufacturing plants. This equipment is highly sophisticated, using the latest technologies available to operate and control these production machines.

Stew Fink and his company have provided qualified graduates to many manufacturers in this area and in regions of northern Maryland. Students have come from as far as Juniata County to receive his training. Commonly understood as Industrial Automation Controls, Mr. Fink’s ICAT℠ program is currently being taught in the West York Borough and Police Department Building located at 1381 West Poplar Street, York, PA 17404, in room C21, located on the 2nd floor. Mr. Fink has spent more than 30 years traveling throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico, troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
